WHAT CAN I ASK THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM?

They are happy to help with all types of query but are set up to address any issues you have with the Cavern store.  They are even happy to help you to complete your order even if English isn’t your language via translation software.  General enquiries about the Cavern venue, gigs etc. are best handled through the contact us form.
