The Sir Frankie Crisp was set up as a tribute band of the legendary guitarist of the Beatles, George Harrison. After a large number of experiences, especially on international scenes, such as the Liverpool BEATLE WEEK in 2006, 2007 and 2008, the BEATLES DAY of Mons (Belgium) in 2008, the magnificent CONCERT FOR GEORGE held in the suggestive surroundings of the St.George’s Hall in Liverpool in 2009, the AROTR (Abbey Road On The River) Festival in Washington D.C. in 2010 and after the publication of their first official cover album “OHNOTHEMAGEN” (Tribute to George Harrison & The Beatles) in 2009, at the beginning of 2010 the band decided to record its first album with 10 new original songs called “Charming Sounds”, which will be published later on 2011 all over the world by the prestigious “IRMA Records”, Italian label from Bologna.

This year, Sir Frankie Crisp will perform their classic repertoire, consisting of Harrison’s works, encompassing his career from The Beatles to his solo years, including the entire albums Extra Texture (1975) and George Harrison (1979).
